Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item, the shipping box, the packaging, and your order number.
If your claim is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item. The damaged item must be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.
Claims submitted without the required proof or outside the 48 hr timeframe may be denied.
